Every year, students at CIRTL institutions create intensive Teaching-As-Research (TAR) projects to strengthen their STEM teaching. On October 5, students from Iowa State University, Vanderbilt University, and University of Texas at Arlington will present on their recent TAR projects, discussing goals, challenges, and outcomes. <o:p></o:p>We're also launching a new month-long CIRTLCast series in October, on fostering critical thinking in the STEM classroom.
