Yes I am putting a Linux puppy CD in the drive and booting from the CD, I do press enter and it it just goes to the next line on the screen.

I am using Two different ways to download , Bitorrent And regular download. Three separate times using both ways I can see one disk/Download being bad but SIX, I just wanted something thats load easy doesn't take up to many resources and get online with. This does not sound like Linux does that. Sorry about the attitude I am a little frustrated with this hole thing.
computer and booting from CD. It sounds like either you are at the
initial screen where it asks you to press a key to boot from CD, and
after you press it the computer hangs, or it sounds as if you have
made it to the screen of puppy linux with a boot: prompt. If it is the
latter, just press enter. If the former, your CD drive might be bad,
or the puppy linux disc might be corrupted in some way and no longer
functional.

Karl

2008/2/12 Douglas Chapin <smoothjc1@gmail.com>:
