I also notice in the diagnostic data he provided that I see a lot of references to <a href="http://www.microsoft.com" target="_blank">www.microsoft.com</a> in the text, but no reference to <a href="http://www.nanosteps.net" target="_blank">www.nanosteps.net</a> (i.e. my website). The only thing I can think is that he's running a version of Vista and it's blocking his access. Is this a whitelisting problem of some sort? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?
