<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000'>Charles (and everyone else, of course),     I think a place with a better WiFi signal would probably be a good idea.  Where?  Gone Wired is okay for just hanging out and having conversation.  But if there is a presentation, by anyone, the incoming and outgoing interference has been a problem.     The idea of a summer picnic is a good one that several organizations I've been involved in have done in the past with good results.  Though I don't think such social gatherings should necessarily be limited to just the summer.      I think expanding GLLUG's scope is a very good idea, even if it's done to explore only the growing library of Open Source software.      That's my two cents. The library is a nice quiet place, but maybe that's a problem. Even though I was one of the people who wanted to move the group to a more presentation-friendly place, I'll admit that we lost a lot of regulars and semi-regulars when we left the coffee shop.
