<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> <html> <head> <meta content="text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1" http-equiv="Content-Type"> </head> <body bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#000000"> OK, so far only 7 people have responded, and fewer made any commitment to a dish.  (No overlaps so far anyway.)  It looks like there will be 9 or 10 of us eating.  I don't know if that warrants buying a whole top sirloin, but we're close.  So...... 1.  Anyone who plans to come to the GLLUG BBQ please reply to me ASAP, if you have not yet done so.  Stop procrastinating!  Even if you think there is a chance you'll come, let me know. 2.  Jeff, can you pick up a whole top sirloin from Sam's?  Is Mary coming? 3.  Clay, I think we will just forgo the chickens.  Logistics and quantity of meat argue against it.  If anyone has their heart set on "Beer Butt" chicken, let me know and I'll see if I can make it work. 4.  Chick, plan on bringing the salt. 5.  What I plan to do is collect money toward the beef that is used and pay for (and keep) the rest myself.  Susan remembers how to cut the Brazilian Beef, I'm sure.  If anyone has a large charcoal grill that we can use, please let me know.
