I did some searching on how to perform this update after I had done the following: 1) I discovered that the simplest approach (i.e. adding a new module) did not work since the installation package said that the module was already installed. (Strike One) 2) I found a couple of threads that indicated a difference of opinion between a process that included disabling / uninstalling the old version and then installing the new version versus a process that involved what amounted to a reconstruction (from scratch, apparently) of the website from a backup database created for the purpose plus a less than well documented description of needing to do some post-processing with PHP. Since my knowledge of PHP is minimal at best, I decided not to try this. And there was some disagreement about whether the uninstall of the old module works at all. (Strike Two) I decided to ask for help before I got myself in a corner. For clarification, my website is working without the new version of Chaos Tools, but I think having the latest version is generally a good idea. Frank P.S.
