*Call for Papers **MSU Cognitive Science of Communication Symposium*



Dear Colleagues,



We are pleased to announce the *MSU Cognitive Science of Communication
Symposium,* a free *one-day symposium* to be held on *April 20, 2018*. The
goals of this symposium will be to (1) gather faculty from multiple
disciplines at Michigan State University with interest and expertise in the
cognitive science of communication; and (2) discover points of intersection
across multiple theoretical and methodological perspectives in the study of
human and animal communication. Researchers will present their studies,
discoveries, expertise, and methodologies in various formats, including
panel discussions and podium/poster presentations.



Please submit your abstract (*200 word max*) for short talks or poster
presentations to: cas.CSC at campusad.msu.edu <CAS.csc at campusad.msu.edu>
by *February
20, 2018*. Please use the provided abstract template (*attached*). We will
send out notifications of acceptance by March 20.
