Check out that your BIOS doesn't have any odd settings related to
memory, such as a memory hole at 64 MB.  Barring that, pass
"mem=160M" on the kernel command line.  (If you're using LILO
then add the line
	append="mem=160M"
to /etc/lilo.conf and re-run lilo.)
