OT: Win 2000

Anybody ever run across a problem with two NT DC's not synching their
user databases?

My wife has a client that has to NT 2k boxen that are both domain
controllers, but users setup on one does not replicate to the other box.
When trying to replicate manually she gets errors (I don't have the
exact errors).

Any advice?  (besides installing Linux+samba)
