Debian Upgrade

Is there a way to go from Storm 2.06 (hail Debian potato based) to something
a little more cutting edge?  I'm having tons of issues getting X up to
version 4, and a few other things.
If there's no easy path, anyone know of a site with a Woody ISO that works?
I've grabbed 2 that didn't (required other disks) and also had a heck of a
time bulding my own using the pseudo-iso.
Any help would be appreciated.
