looks okay to me too. 
make sure you are using on your win98 box (i forgot what windows actually
calls them..)

ip#: 192.168.1.2 
netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

Make sure you reboot after you set these numbers, and make sure you have a
dns server listed on both your Linux box and your windows box. 

I would select run and then telnet 192.168.1.1 to make sure you are
actually connecting to your linux box. (or you could ping 192.168.1.2 from
your linux box.)

Also if you reboot your linux box, you have to re-enter the ipchains
rules. They don't stay automatically, and typically they are run with a
script at boot.
