APC UPS

It's funky.  They have two varieties: the "dumb" or "simple signal" cable
or the "smart" cable.  Check out the UPS-HOWTO document on sunsite.unc.edu
for exact pinout.  I'm not sure, but I think the "smart" cable is simply a
straight through or a NULL cable.
