My problem:  I was starting to lose him on page 7.  :(
I really, really need a refresher.  I took AP Calculus in 
high school and I have forgotten 95% of it.

Excellent!  Just what I need.  Lately I've been going thru 
my old college math and CS notes (groaning loudly on how 
sh1tty of a student I was/is).  Another excuse to go to  
Schulers (just hit Amazon.com, the book has 4.5 of 5 stars).
