Article summary: Microsoft is now enforcing what has *always*
been in its OEM license agreements, to wit, that OEM software is
only for use on the computer that it came with.  Big fscking
deal.

Total effect: When people ask me to fix their Windows-based
computer and don't have a corresponding Windows disk to go along
with it, I'll be able to tell them I can't do anything.  That's a
*good* thing.
