Input devices

I happened across an old Slashdot article in my bookmarks today that
talked about "Interface Zen", how crappy input devices can really hinder
one's ability to "zen" when using a computer. This of course lead to the
thought, "How good is my own computer interface (on the hardware side
anyways)?"

Right now I use old IBM brand keyboards (the big heavy ones with noisy,
full-travel keys) in conjunction with the Dvorak key layout, and either a
MS Intellimouse (probably the best MS product on the market) at work or a
Kensington Turbomouse (trackball) at home. This seems to work quite well,
except that I can't type on QWERTY keyboards very well anymore... ;)

I've come across a couple of keyboards that have me wondering if I could
do better: The "Happy Hacking" keyboard
(http://www.pfuca.com/products/hhkb/hhkbindex.html) and the Kinesis
ergonomic keyboard (http://www.kinesis-ergo.com/contspec.html). Both of
these are pretty cool (each in its own way).

My question for the LUG is, anyone have either of these bad boys, and
could you bring them to a meeting sometime if you do? =) They both seem a
bit expensive to just order without having the chance to try one... =(

On that note, does anyone have *any* interesting input devices?
Ergonomic keyboards, trackballs, funky mice, anything unusual or good
enough to merit showing others? Maybe have an "input device
show-and-tell" or something at a meeting? =)
