Net2Phone and IPChains

Has anyone configured a Linux firewall box to allow Net2Phone clients to
connect through it?  I'm running 2.2 kernel with IPChains masquerading.
The N2P config says that I need an outgoing UDP port, and incoming UDP
port and TCP port.  How can a punch a hole in my firewall to allow this?
