Napster at MSU?

There was a big discussion in msu.misc newsgroup about this.
Accoring to Doug (Nelson) MSU doesn't limit anything, and doesn't plan
to either.  As long as it's leagal, he said MSU has no reason to.
I like the hands-off policy.
