That's for OEM chips, usually no fan and with a shorter 
warantee.  "Boxed" chips (my $306 reference) comes with a 
fan and a better warantee.  Anyways, there site fully sucks 
(I wouldn't buy hardware from a site that has linkexchange 
banners).

Anyways, with the Feb 28 price drop, now looks like a great
time to get new hardware.
