Looks good.

Just a few corrections:

(1) depending on space considerations, but plan on the possibility.x

(2) We will have VGA monitors, keyboards, and mice available so you
       don't __have__ to carry as much.

(3) You might want to include "the GLLUG or its members" in the
disclaimer.
      I guess it sounds more official and covers individuals as well as
the group.
