There is probably a directory in your $HOME called 
".enlightenment" (note leading the dot) that has all 
the config stuff in it.

I was looking more for the actual text file that it accesses.
The only thing is that the setting are in Enlightenment and not Gnome for setting apps
to run on restart.  This leads me to believe that E has to store it somewhere..
