Keep in mind my knowledge of circuitry is small.  I wasn't 
sure if doing this would/could somehow damage the hardware 
(I wasn't too concerned with jolting myself).  

My only intention is to make sure that the ISA connectors
don't have some crud on them so I can get the best connection
(and not spread the crud if I swap cards between motherboards).
