sendmail virtual host aliases

Ok but I want to be able to forward some specific address to other specific
address then all the other address to one other specific address.  For
postfix the setup is:

root@virtdomain: mm@domain.com
@virtdomain: mjm@domain.com

As I understand it if it's in the virtuserstable all them get forwarded..
I could be wrong though
