I always wondered how they do about the badnwidth. I never checked up on it as
I am not paying the bill and I am not sure if I(my house) ever went over the
"limit" of 3 GIG a month.

Sometimes they send you emails saying: 'There was an outage. We will credit your
account.' Don't ask me what that means. I don't know if they monitor the
bandwidth of each customer that closely.

Let me just say I was downloading a 25 Meg Mpeg Friday and it streamed onto
my box smoothly. 120k/sec

If you think you will underuse the service you may really consider ATT. Might
invest those savings into Roth IRA or some memory for your PC =)
