Could very well be, actually.  Just for grins, I ssh'd or
ktelnet'd to a number of systems around the world that I have
accounts on and ran traceroute, and all of them ended in lines
like this:

#  64.28.66.204 (64.28.66.204)  31.909 ms  30.771 ms  35.607 ms
#+1  * * *

So there's a problem somewhere around there...
