DSL = Doesn't Serve Lansing

Ok, I think I actually have seen a working DSL connection in lansing.  I
went to a friends workplace to fix their system when they switched over to
a DSL line.  This thing is a busisness, so maybe they are getting diffrent
service (in other words, they are getting service rather than nothing.)
I'll try to get some more info out of him as to his provider, but I know
it was in lansing (Right next to WLNS's tower on US 127) and I know the
sucker worked.

So, somebody in Lansing is getting service.  I just don't know if its
special to this setup or something they can do in general...  Further
details to follow once I get some answers out of him.
