PC133 memory

OK, I'm about to purchase some new computer parts and I'm getting
really confused about the memory.  Almost every site has 2 different
prices (some have 3!) for 128mb PC133 memory.  For instance,
mwave.com has the following:

CORSAIR VS128MB133 16X64 PC133 128MB CAS3 SDRAM DIMM $80.00
CORSAIR CM654S128-133 16X64 PC133 128MB CAS3 SDRAM DIMM $135.00
CORSAIR CM654S128-133C2 16X64 PC133 128MB CAS2 SDRAM DIMM $168.00

I realize the CAS2/CAS3 differences, but any idea what the difference
is between the first two?  Why is one $55 more than the other?
