Anyone use exim?

Another interesting problem I just stumbled across.....
Only root can send e-mail, no other user can..
The log doesn't have an entry for the times that sending failed from 
normal users, but I get a "Mail not sent. Sending error: <date/time here> 
13rZqL-00027u-00 Fail" in pine when I try to send as a standard user.

How do I give permissions for all standard users on my system to use exim?
