	Personally, I am a big fan of the Adaptec 2940
	and 7980 (U2W) cards.  But if price and Linux
	compatibility are the driving forces behind
	this decision, then maybe an SymBios 82515 or
	a Tekram DC390.  I found both of those on
	pricewatch.com for between $40-70 in PCI.
