DSL = Doesn't Serve Lansing

Below is my latest story of woe and misery in trying to get DSL.  Today
marks 10 weeks since I placed the order. 

Have I mentioned lately that I HATE Ameritech? (Another monolopy, BTW)

Anybody on this list have any DSL sucess stories?
