ipx routing

Have any of you ever tried (and hopefully succeeded) in configuring
Linux to route ipx traffic. What we have is a token ring building with
a novell server that has added an ethernet lab. The token ring is the
old style IBM type cabling with the big odd-ball connectors. The
ethernet is RJ45 as you might expect. The token ring network does have
internet access.

In the lab at the far end of the building we have a single IBM token
cable (thus I cannot simply add another MAU). I need to be able to
route both tcpip and ipx traffic from the ethernet lab to the token ring
network so that they can access the novell server via ipx and the
internet via tcpip. I hope this is clear. Allergies have clouded my
thinking.

The token ring to ethernet router is not a problem. I have configured
several of those. It appears I have IPX up on the router ok too though
ICBW. My problem is that I cannot access the novell server. I can see
it in network neighborhood but I cannot access it.

I have tried the ipxripd (ipxd) package which served somehow to lock up
my windows clients. Mars-nwe is what I currently have configured. With
it the windows clients can access the linux mars server with no
problem. I can see the novell server but cannot access it.

Any ideas?
