CSE FTP Mirror

I have an update on the CSE Mirrors.  Sorry for not answering those who
asked for an update recently.
We are listed as official mirrors for CPAN and Kernel.  We have CTAN but
are not listed officially yet.

We have dns names also set to cpan.cse and kernel.cse

We are looking into the http://www.gutenberg.net/ project.  And (this is
towards Marcel) Suse is a possibility.  But I have some other things I
have to do first.

One of the BSDs (probably openBSD) will be the next one.
