FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions

Does anyone have knowledge in installing FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions on
Red Hat Linux 7.0, using apache 1.3.19.  I can get it to work for publishing
but the form handler does not work.  When I go to the page with the form
handler it says [FrontPage Save Results Component] at the top and when I try
to submit the completed form it says, "Cannot run the FrontPage Server
Extensions' Smart HTML interpreter on this non-HTML page"  Any help would be
much appreciated.
