Somehow I knew this would happen...

Ahhhhhh. It's so nice to find out your not alone.

Since the transfer I've been down 80% of the time.

I've called techsupport several times. I usually hang up early. I got through once after a 45 minute wait. The guy says, "Can you hold for a second?" I say "Sure." Then he transfers
+me back to the queue. I have nothing else to do so I sit on hold; and fall asleep with the phone on my ear. I wake up every 20 minutes to hear the wonderful hold music. After 1 1/2
+hours I'm still not fazed. "I will persevere!!!"

Then my phone battery starts to die.....

AAARRRHHHGGGG!
