AOL on the vi thing. I've been using it for almost 3 years now and still feel
like a novice. ("let backspace=2, let color=true, so
{$VIMRUNTIME}/syntax/syntax.vim "). Hmm. My knowledge pool is a bit
eclectic. Basic bash, editing the SysV init layout by hand, how to rescue an
x86 box that's scribbled all over its disk, Linux-on-x86-specific hardware
config/troubleshooting, how *not* to configure Samba, making the shell prompt
look pretty and useful, customizing KDE/KDE2, graphics with GIMP and/or
POVRay.... If any of these sounds appealing, let me know.
FWIW, RedHat 7.0 on Alpha has serious and misleading problems with Samba.
There's a rant there somewhere, but I'm too tired right now to write it.
