Shell scripting figured out

I'm doing this shell script for OS X and it seems it didn't like the fact
that it was Mac text. I used BBEdit to write the script and it wouldn't
work, but when I opened a new emacs file and pasted it in (sans the \n which
wasn't needed) it worked fine.
