start an app that runs under Wine automatically?

We have a machine that needs to run a database server. The server in
question (Faircom) is designed to run as an NT service. I've found that
it will also run pretty well in the foreground under Wine on a Linux
machine. Is there any place that I can stick an entry that will
automatically start Wine and this service without having to log in to
the graphical interface and click on the icon?
