Hey,
I was just trying to install vmware 2.0.4 and I hit a wall. Darn standards.
SuSE named its kernel something really funky. Anybody have an idea how to get
passed the following without a reboot?
What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running
kernel? [/usr/src/linux/include]
The directory of kernel headers (version 2.4.2) does not match your running
kernel (version 2.4.2-4GB). Consequently, even if the compilation of the module
was successful, the module would not load into the running kernel.
