Well, fortunately, there are RJ-45 drops all over the building,
too.

Around here the admins are very security conscious.  Kerberos and
ssh are supported for practically everything.  Unencrypted telnet
and POP3 connections, for instance, are not even allowed.  So
it's pretty safe.
