You might look at a SMC 4-port router/nat/print server, i think they are
still like 50bucks after rebate for 10/100.

Also if you are looking locally I think Discount Computers had some of the
cheaper pre-made cables in town. Although I think compgeeks.com had some
for pretty cheap too.
