New @Home deal!

Thanks, ed..  Apparently, you've jinksed us all who have @home in e.l..
Most of the east lansing area is down (was up fine earlier today..
hmm?), and the brave few are struggling on dialup.  details are sketchy,
and @home support's response is fishy..
