Many different terminals will let you do this.
Look into aterm (my fave), Eterm, wterm - those are the ones I can think of offhand
or google something like "transparent term"
The transparency will be a flag sent to the command.
Example: here is how I run my aterm:
aterm -rv -tr -fb 6x13 -sh 80 +sb -sl 400
