[GLLUG] GNOME 2.0

Anyone following the development of GNOME 2.0 know how backward
compatibility will work with existing GNOME applications that aren't
ported to the 2.0 environment?  i.e., if I upgrade my GNOME to 2.0 when
it comes out, will that break Evolution/Galeon/etc. until those apps are
ported to the 2.0 framework?

Just curious, since we're less than a month away from the release and
I'm kinda looking forward to the upgrade... =)
