[GLLUG] OT: SGI Keyboard?

Yeah, that's the adapter I'm looking to build, if necessary. 
A bit of a PITA, as it requires flashing code onto two PICs. As for serial
access, I've tried it, but I have not had much luck (I haven't investigated
it more thoroughly as I've got a few other projects I'm working on right now.)
Complicating matters is the fact that the Indigo uses a DIN-8 serial connector,
but uses a different serial pin-out than the vintage Mac serial cable, so I
need to rewire a cable. Fun with multimeters and soldering irons, etc. 

I checked Surplus and I didn't see anything SGI. There were some NeXT KBs 
and mice, FWIW. And I'm trying to avoid wiping NVRAM (it's a _real_ pain on 
the Indigo R4ks, afaik) if at all possible.
