If you run `set | grep -i term` (or `setenv | grep -i term` for =
csh/tcsh) inside a terminal window, what type does it indicate what it's =
set to?

Subject: [GLLUG] Strange terminal problem
The last couple days I've had some wierdness going on with my home =
system. Among other things (I believe these problems are note =
technically related), sometimes when I type in a terminal, the system =
seems to always be a keystroke behind. That is, when I type a word, the =
last letter doesn't show up until I push space.
=20
Ideas? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. System is RH =
7.2-stock.
