Tuesday's work best for me. Wednesday I can meet after 7:00 pm, except for the first Wednesday of each month (Real Estate meetings). Since most people seem to like Wednesday, I'd vote for 2nd and/or 4th Wednesday of the month from 7:00-?:??. Just my 2 cents.
