Thank you for your help regarding my compile question.  I have a RH
7.1 SMP server with Promise Fast Track Controller.  Would compiling
be easier, or would it be easier just to get the 7.3 CDs and upgrade.

The system in question has an established user base, FTPD, MYSQL, PHP
and Apache.

Can I upgrade using the CDS and would this wipe out my APACHE, FTP,
Users, PHP or MYSQL configs?
