[GLLUG] [ot]Forms submission question

This is something I thought would be easy, but I'm coming up blank on a
solution. I have a page that has a form that just has a single <select>
statement in it, but I want each of the options in the select to pass two
variables (a database name and a hidden bit of text to use as a lable on the
referring page). Any ideas?
