The list is fairly active, actual meetings are sporadic.  We're actually
supposed to meet this week (hold on, sending out a message to the
list... OK, done!).  

Damn vicious cycle: can't set a date because we can't get people to
commit, can't get people to commit because we don't set a firm date. 
Blah blah blah.
