[GLLUG] Is this possible?

My primary machine is a Mac OS X box, but I also run a FreeBSD server 
on the same subnet for www/hotline/afp/smb.  Is there a utility built 
into BSD that will let me see current (realtime) network traffic on the 
server?  Basically, I want to be able to just either have a terminal 
script run or a little window that has a little graph or text output of 
what is going in/out of the server on my desktop.
