[GLLUG] Linux and ATTBI Question

One more thing... There is an issue with MAC addresses and the cable
modems. You may still need to call their tech support in order to get
this changed. It's been a while, so I forget the actual issue, but if
it's a new account, you've moved, or are connecting a new computer/NIC
to the cable modem, there's something that has to be changed on their
end to allow the new MAC address through.

Thanks! That's great news. Though I wonder why it wasn't working
already...
I'm pretty sure it was already set to DHCP... I'll give it another look,

and call them if it's not working.

Thanks!
